Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Check in with customers during their meal to ensure a satisfactory dining experience
  • Handle various impromptu requests from customers with professionalism and efficiency
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment
  • Assist in bussing tables by removing dirty dishes and trash to ensure cleanliness
  • Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations to enhance the dining experience
  • Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties to address any issues promptly and improve service quality
