Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Check in with customers during their meal to ensure a satisfactory dining experience
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment
- Assist in bussing tables by removing dirty dishes and trash to ensure cleanliness
- Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations to enhance the dining experience
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties to address any issues promptly and improve service quality
