Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food runner or similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- check in with customers during their meal to ensure a satisfactory dining experience
- handle various impromptu requests from customers with professionalism and efficiency
- uphold sanitation and food safety principles to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment
- assist in bussing tables by removing dirty dishes and trash to ensure cleanliness
- assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations to enhance the dining experience
- relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties to address any issues promptly and improve service quality
