Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet state minimum wage requirements
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain uniform according to restaurant requirements and uphold cleanliness standards
- Exemplify hospitality standards by answering guests' questions and handling requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties when needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Know and adhere to emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties following the associate handbook standards and procedures
