Job Requirements
- must have hotel experience
- must have at least 2 years of restaurant experience
- must be available for evening shifts and weekends
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- capable of moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- must follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capable of lifting 25 pounds unaided and up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- set tables to prepare for guest service
- assist kitchen staff with various operational tasks
- clean and maintain work areas
- replenish supplies as needed
