Job Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization required
  • Basic math skills
  • Legible handwriting
  • Strong customer service and oral communication skills
  • Ability to regularly talk and hear
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
  • Ability to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Protective clothing required: slip resistant shoes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in bartending or food running is an asset
  • Strong customer service and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Basic math skills and legible handwriting
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of the job including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
  • Ability to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
  • Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings
  • Observe tables and alert servers if guest needs anything
  • Deliver food to the correct tables and positions
  • Communicate with guests to ensure proper meal has been served
  • Communicate with expo/server any customer issues
  • Assist the bartenders in restocking the bar through the shift
