Job Duties

  • assemble a variety of dishes and beverages accurately and with presentation standards
  • set up and maintain the expo area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock
  • break down and clean the expo area nightly, following sanitation guidelines
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff for seamless order delivery
  • adhere to company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
  • assist with additional tasks, including table bussing and restocking supplies
  • maintain a professional appearance as per the restaurant's dress code
  • attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions
