Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining room guests promptly and accurately
  • Review each plate for presentation, quality, and accuracy before leaving the kitchen
  • Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo line and service areas
  • Support servers by refilling water, clearing plates, restocking items, and helping with guest needs as directed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Uphold Shula's and Hilton brand standards for service excellence
  • Assist in closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing stations for the next shift
