- Availability to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining room guests promptly and accurately
- Review each plate for presentation, quality, and accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo line and service areas
- Support servers by refilling water, clearing plates, restocking items, and helping with guest needs as directed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Uphold Shula's and Hilton brand standards for service excellence
- Assist in closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing stations for the next shift
