Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel/resort, or private club preferred
- certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
- strong multitasking and communication skills
- must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Always address guests by name, observe and respond to requests, and ensure service is complete
- assist servers with presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions about food and beverage service
- prepare baskets with condiments and sides, confirm orders are accurate and presentable, and serve to guests with a smile
- monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen/café areas clean and orderly
- assist servers in keeping service areas tidy, collect and maintain baskets, and relay kitchen times to servers/management
- stay informed about the menu, drinks, specials, and unavailable items
- complete daily/weekly checklists and perform other duties as assigned
