Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire
- RBS certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Combination of experience, education, and/or training may substitute requirements
- Previous similar position in a hotel or similar business entity preferred
- Ability to maintain friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude especially under stress
- Must attain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire
- RBS certification required
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Run food from the kitchen to the guest's table during meal periods
- Fill and maintain water glasses and coffee mugs at guests' tables
- Inspect all table settings ensuring proper and complete setup, clean silverware, and tidy condiment containers
- Maintain the service storeroom ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Perform additional duties as directed by the leadership team
