Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to carry trays of food
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times
- Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered (sides, extras, etc.)
- Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments
- Delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time
- Communicates important information to guests (example: hot plate) and servers (example: guest seeking drink from bar)
- Responds to guests' requests for condiments or other items
- Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations
- Has knowledge of table numbers and the physical layout of the restaurant to ensure prompt and proper service to guests
- Brings guests' inquiries regarding food allergies to the Manager's attention immediately
- Ensures station is suitable for serving and meets company standards
