Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least twenty pounds at one time and grip necessary items such as glasses pens pads garnishments money etc
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend stoop and twist while serving cocktails
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
- Possess ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment
- Is always clean and neat in proper uniform including nametag ID badge and slip resistant shoes
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Job Duties
- Provide service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner
- Work all shifts as required
- Pick up empty glasses and return them to the proper area
- Take drink orders present drinks to customers clear tables and serve food in assigned area
- Maintain a clean station at all times and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee glasses cream sugar beverage napkins
- Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- Ensure that all guests are treated in a prompt professional and courteous manner
- Know menu items specials and prices
- Complete all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner
- Offer assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated
- Work to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Handle guest complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure thorough communication between shifts
- Comply with all departmental rules side work assignments and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
