Job Duties
- Act as the final quality control checkpoint for plated dishes
- Organize and prioritize orders to ensure complete and timely delivery
- Deliver hot and cold food efficiently to correct tables
- Communicate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house staff about special requests and order status
- Assist with plating, garnishing, and ensuring condiments and utensils are included
- Maintain a clean and organized expediting area and assist with light cleaning
- Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant leadership, cooks, servers, and bussers to support smooth service flow
