Job Duties

  • Act as the final quality control checkpoint for plated dishes
  • Organize and prioritize orders to ensure complete and timely delivery
  • Deliver hot and cold food efficiently to correct tables
  • Communicate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house staff about special requests and order status
  • Assist with plating, garnishing, and ensuring condiments and utensils are included
  • Maintain a clean and organized expediting area and assist with light cleaning
  • Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant leadership, cooks, servers, and bussers to support smooth service flow
