- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from service stations to guest tables quickly and accurately
- Ensure food presentation and table placements are correct according to guest orders
- Assist servers in monitoring tables and supporting guest needs throughout their visit
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and guest areas
- Support the team with running side work, restocking service areas, and completing end-of-shift duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner as part of the front-of-house service team
