Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Certified
- RBS Certified
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Ability to work prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to maintain fast foot speed in a fast paced environment
- Adherence to dress code and company policies
- Ability to greet and assist guests professionally
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm
- Ability to memorize food, drink, and rotating menus
- Basic knowledge of beer, tequila, and mezcal
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing personality with excellent community involvement
Job Duties
- Expedite menu items to guests within time standards
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly disposition
- Maintain expo station with proper garnishing tools
- Collect dirty dishes and clear tables
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Bus tables and set tables to La Popular standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal alcohol service laws
