Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food handler certified
- RBS/alcohol awareness card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with company policies and dress code
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of beer, tequila, and mezcal
- Ability to memorize menus
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Expedite all menu items efficiently to guests
- Greet or assist guests with a friendly disposition
- Memorize daily food, drink, and rotating menus
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Set up and maintain expo station with proper garnishing tools
- Collect dirty dishes and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
