Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Certified
- RBS Certified
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and policies including dress code
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
- Capacity to work in loud, hot, and physically demanding environments
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of beer, tequila, and mezcal

- Ability to memorize and recall menu items

- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
Job Duties
- Expedite all menu items throughout the shift to guests within La Popular's time standards
- Provide the best quality product for each guest
- Greet or assist guests with a friendly disposition
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Set up and maintain expo station with proper garnishing tools
- Collect dirty dishes and bring them to the kitchen
- Remove trash from designated areas
- Execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- Maintain and track time standards for menu items
- Replenish condiments and supplies
- Bus and set tables to La Popular standards
- Thank departing guests and encourage return visits
- Maintain expo area cleanliness and floor care
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle work station
