Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner shifts
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to providing excellent member service

Job Duties

  • act as a liaison between kitchen staff and wait staff to ensure steady workflow
  • facilitate kitchen orders and communicate effectively between departments
  • maintain quality control of food items before they reach members
  • monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance
  • support dining operations during lunch and dinner shifts
  • assist in organizing and expediting meal service in various club dining venues
  • uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
