Job Requirements
- Minimum three days of availability required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry food trays

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service
- Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm, personal, friendly manner
- Check that each plated is wiped and correctly garnished prior to leaving kitchen
- Deliver food items to guests’ tables as ordered and within the appropriate time limits (hot food hot, cold food cold), describing each food item when placing them in front of the guests using deliver position number
- Check for proper condiments and utensils when approaching table to deliver food
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
- Follow T S protocol and inform manager on duty for all noted guest allergies
