Job Duties
- Act as the liaison between kitchen and service staff
- Ensure all plates are prepared according to ticket specifications before leaving the kitchen
- Garnish and finalize dishes for presentation when needed
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to members and guests
- Announce dishes clearly and professionally at the table
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management regarding timing and special requests
- Support smooth service flow during high-volume periods and special club events
