Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
  • Ability to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Facilitate kitchen orders
  • Prioritize outgoing meals to ensure that no orders are lost, forgotten, or delayed
  • Maintain quality control of outgoing food
  • Facilitate communication between the front of house so that different departments of the restaurant can communicate without leaving their stations
  • Help monitor food safety
