Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
- State-certified food handler certification required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry trays or plates
- Must comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations preferred
- Obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
- Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates including servers, bussers, hosts/hostesses, food runners, and management as situations arise
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet guest expectations
- Support workflow improvements and efficient dining operations
- Embody company values by delivering friendly and responsive service
