Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • State-certified food handler certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry trays or plates
  • Must comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations preferred
  • Obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates including servers, bussers, hosts/hostesses, food runners, and management as situations arise
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet guest expectations
  • Support workflow improvements and efficient dining operations
  • Embody company values by delivering friendly and responsive service
