Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
- proper food handling certification as required by the state
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
- willingness to assist team members as needed
Job Qualifications
- General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations preferred
- obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
- bi-lingual skills preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
- perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
- be ready and willing to assist fellow associates such as servers, bussers, host/hostess, food runner, and management as situations arise
- be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
- maintain food quality and presentation standards
- assist servers to improve workflow
- help maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation
