Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
  • proper food handling certification as required by the state
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • willingness to assist team members as needed

Job Qualifications

  • General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations preferred
  • obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
  • bi-lingual skills preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
  • perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
  • be ready and willing to assist fellow associates such as servers, bussers, host/hostess, food runner, and management as situations arise
  • be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
  • maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • assist servers to improve workflow
  • help maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation
