Job Duties
- Greet customers and answer any questions they may have about the menu items
- Run food orders from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure that they arrive at the correct table in a timely manner
- Make sure that all orders are correct and complete before delivering them to the customers
- Monitor food delivery times and ensure that all orders are served within the specified time frame
- Clear and reset tables after customers leave
- Stock and replenish condiments, napkins, and other dining area supplies
- Assist servers with refilling drinks
- Ensure that all food is served and presented according to company standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Clean and maintain dining area and kitchen equipment
