Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • maintain uniform according to restaurant requirements and keep it clean
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
  • exemplify hospitality standards by answering guests' questions and handling requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as a priority
  • cooperate with management and coworkers to assist others with duties if needed
  • communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive manner
  • follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • report potentially unsafe conditions
  • know and follow emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • perform all duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
