Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Ability to interact verbally and listen attentively to guests, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must demonstrate good judgment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative
- Pleasant and cooperative demeanor with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times
- Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered including sides and extras
- Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments
- Delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time
- Communicates important information to guests such as hot plates and to servers such as guest seeking drinks from the bar
- Responds to guests' requests for condiments or other items
- Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations
