Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Customer service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close
- Ensure food is properly garnished before delivery
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance to guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- Assist other team members as needed
- Be friendly and maintain a positive attitude while working days, nights and weekends
- Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members
