Job Duties
- Assists the FOH team in restaurant operations
- keeps the BOH workspace tidy and in order
- sets up BOH areas each day to the house standards
- closes FOH/BOH areas each day to the house standards
- runs food to the correct tables
- provides detailed descriptions of delivered food products
- possesses strong knowledge of food and articulates menu
- ensures stock rotation of perishables in the BOH
- organizes stock around the expo in the BOH
- serves a quality food product
- provides outstanding customer service
- performs other duties as assigned
