Job Requirements
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- repeated bending and lifting
- must be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- must be able to push/pull full bus carts, dish/glass dollies
- ability to work in environments with high volume, diverse clientele, noise, music, varied lighting and smoky conditions
- ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- ability to handle all types of guest related situations
- shift assignments may be irregular and cover days, nights, weekends and holidays
- must be able to pass all training and tests associated with job
- ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
- high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three months related experience and/or training

- knowledge of company food and beverage policies

Job Duties
- Receive food and beverage orders from guests
- prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
- operate cash register, complete monetary transactions, maintain an accurate bank
- refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and related supplies
- create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount
- promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism
- greet and take orders, enter orders into Micros system
- prepare food orders, set trays, transport food and beverage items efficiently
- deliver supplies including liquor, beer, ice, and requisitions as assigned
- set tables with proper dressing, napkins, silverware, tabletop condiments, and ice buckets
- buss tables and trays, maintain breakdown area
- complete all setup, stocking and closing duties on time
- maintain adequate supplies of linens, china, silver, glassware and food service accessories
- maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
- adhere to health, sanitation and liquor laws
- communicate guest complaints and compliments to supervisors
- perform all related and miscellaneous duties assigned by leadership
