Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required

- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Report to work on time as scheduled
- Maintain uniform and practice positive personal hygiene
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guest questions about the restaurant
- Handle guest requests and complaints prioritizing satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and co-workers assisting others when needed
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines according to restaurant policies
- Know emergency procedures and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures
