Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical stamina to carry food and clear tables efficiently
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Team player attitude
- Prior experience in customer service or food industry is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Great attitude and approach to guests and team members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every guest
- Prior experience in food running or hospitality industry is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests
- Improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc
- Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
