Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
  • Must say "Yes", "Please", and "Thank You"
  • Must smile often
  • Must exceed First Class Service standards and behavior
  • Maintain professional grooming and uniform including slip resistant shoes

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Physical ability to lift minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing ladders, and walking long distances
  • Capable of standing for long periods and working in environments with varying temperatures

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a positive attitude
  • Embrace and exemplify the company’s core values of TRIFIC
  • Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins and placing tableware
  • Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave
  • Assist servers and bartenders with table service such as serving beverages and bread
  • Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas using correct chemicals and PPE
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Communicate with servers and hostess to ensure efficient seating and table utilization
  • Keep service stations clean and well stocked
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws including food safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
