Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment

Job Duties

- Recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests
- Be accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers
- Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers
- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines including slip-resistant shoes
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave using approved methods and chemicals
- Take dishware and glassware to appropriate areas for sorting and washing
- Assist servers and bartenders with table service, serving beverages and breads where allowed
- Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors when needed
- Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas using correct cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment according to OSHA regulations
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
- Be compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
