Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as with other team members
Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods
Good judgment when dealing with customers and peers
Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests
Be accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers
Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers
Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines including slip-resistant shoes
Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave using approved methods and chemicals
Take dishware and glassware to appropriate areas for sorting and washing
Assist servers and bartenders with table service, serving beverages and breads where allowed
Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors when needed
Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas using correct cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment according to OSHA regulations
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
Be compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety
Perform other duties as assigned
