Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to follow instructions and operate in a team setting
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift during shifts
- adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare the dining room before service by cleaning tables, stocking stations, and polishing glassware
- deliver food accurately and promptly to guests during service
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- refill water glasses and support servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth floor operations
- wipe down surfaces, sweep and mop floors after service
- restock supplies and take out trash
- assist with closing tasks to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next shift
