Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- must be punctual and reliable
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of lifting moderately heavy items
- pass required training modules
- maintain professional appearance and uniform standards

Job Duties
- complete and pass required training modules
- know your work schedule and arrive on time
- communicate with manager about reservations and guest flow
- set up station and dining room according to standard procedures
- maintain an assigned dining room section and assist other sections as needed
- bake and serve bread and butter
- keep water glasses filled and maintain tables
- package and deliver take-home items
- thank guests and invite them to return
- bus, set, and reset tables
- perform side duties, closing duties, and other manager-assigned tasks
- maintain clean service stations
- provide basic information to guests about Eddie Merlot's
- follow policies related to liquor, food handling, sanitation, and safety
- communicate guest requests and complaints to managers
- work meetings, banquets, and special events as scheduled
- assist team members with station duties and sidework
