Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set and reset dining room tables according to specifications
- refill water glasses
- serve bread and butter
- restock clean plates, silverware, and glassware
- maintain assigned dining room section and assist in others as needed
- communicate with manager regarding reservations and guest needs
- follow standards for table maintenance and removal of dishes and glassware
- correctly package take-home items and deliver to guests
- thank guests and invite them to return
- maintain service stations clean and orderly throughout the shift
- complete required training modules
- participate in meetings, banquets, and special events as scheduled
