Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and training

Job Duties

  • Set and reset dining room tables according to specifications
  • refill water glasses
  • serve bread and butter
  • restock clean plates, silverware, and glassware
  • maintain assigned dining room section and assist in others as needed
  • communicate with manager regarding reservations and guest needs
  • follow standards for table maintenance and removal of dishes and glassware
  • correctly package take-home items and deliver to guests
  • thank guests and invite them to return
  • maintain service stations clean and orderly throughout the shift
  • complete required training modules
  • participate in meetings, banquets, and special events as scheduled
