Job Duties

  • Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently, maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
  • Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a smooth flow of service and a clean dining environment
  • Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces, organizing utensils, and ensuring overall tidiness
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed, adhering to safety standards
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and efficient billing processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
