Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule with no less than 8 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling serving bussing and basic food preparation techniques advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor essential for providing excellent guest services
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary background beneficial for supporting food delivery and safety protocols
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles demonstrates ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Assist servers with food handling refilling beverages and delivering additional items as needed
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
