Job Requirements
- individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
- able to work the entire season (November-March)
- some experience in food and beverage or guest service preferred
- weekday, weekends and holidays required
- all team members typically required to wash dishes one shift per week
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects

Job Duties
- deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a smile
- ensure food presentation standards are met before items leave the kitchen
- assist servers and bartenders by keeping service areas stocked and organized
- clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, comfortable dining environment
- support a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere that reflects Buck '54 and Buck Hill's culture
