Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food runner or busser role
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 150 lbs
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- good communication skills in English
- self-starting personality with an even disposition
Job Qualifications
- Prior similar experience in food running or bussing
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- excellent multitasking and time management skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Set up and clear tables promptly and efficiently
- stock all service stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments
- assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
- serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter and replenish as necessary
- transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- perform any other job related duties as assigned
