Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Physical dexterity and mobility to perform all station tasks
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for an entire shift
- Experience in hospitality or food service front of house
- Capable of working in noisy and changing environments
- Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission license
- Availability for opening and closing duties
Job Qualifications

- Experience in front of house hospitality for at least 1 year
- Capability to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and check plate presentation for accuracy and timely service
- Interact with guests and provide menu knowledge
- Communicate salad bar needs and food issues to the kitchen
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
- Lift and carry trays and heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment
