Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shift
- Must be able to maneuver in tight, confined areas
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- 1 year front-of-house hospitality experience
- Must have Serve Safe certification

- Minimum one year experience in front-of-house hospitality
- Knowledge of menu items and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical dexterity and mobility
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and check plate presentation for accuracy and quality
- Monitor ticket times to ensure prompt service
- Interact professionally with guests and provide detailed knowledge of menu items
- Communicate salad bar needs and other food-related issues to the kitchen
- Perform opening and closing side station duties
- Maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
- Pre-bus, clear, and clean tables independently
