Job Requirements
- must be 16 or older

- ability to multitask under pressure
- physical ability to stand and move quickly for long periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility to assist as food runner and busser
- willingness to complete training and certification if required
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 16 years of age
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to assist with food running and bussing tables as needed
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- on-the-job training will be provided
- Serv Safe certification may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage reservations and seat guests promptly according to seating availability and server rotation
- maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods, providing guests with estimated wait times and clear communication
- answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations or to-go orders as needed
- monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth flow of service and assist with coordinating table turnover
- deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently when assisting as a food runner
- clear and reset tables including removing dishes, wiping surfaces, and preparing tables for new guests as a busser
- collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs or concerns and escalating issues to leadership when necessary
- assist with light cleaning tasks during downtime
- perform additional tasks as directed by leadership to support restaurant operations
