Job Duties
- Stocks and organizes food service areas in preparation of service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- Have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- Deliver food to table accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- Assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
- Clean-up all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
