Job Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods
Ability to push and pull carts or equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods, to ensure timely delivery of all orders
Assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
Have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
Deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
Assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
Clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies
Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
