Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- no experience required
- guest service orientation
- ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to carry full trays up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift including stairs
- good mobility to maneuver between tables
- tolerance to variable temperatures moving between kitchen and dining environment

Job Duties
- assists wait staff in clearing tables
- cleans areas and assists with set-up and clean-up as needed
- performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- resets tables after guests leave
- work with kitchen to tray food
- run food to the dining room for servers
- refills guests' empty water glasses
- restocks service areas at the end of the shift
- performs other duties as assigned
