Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food, dishes, and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to retrieve and deliver items
- Ability to navigate a bustling dining area and kitchen with ease and awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Thrives in high-pressure environments with a smile and a sense of urgency
- Has impeccable attention to detail and a knack for presentation
- Can communicate effectively with both team members and guests
- Brings prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant (preferred, but not required)
Job Duties
- Ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our menu to answer basic guest questions
- Assisting servers by resetting tables and preparing for the next guests
- Keeping the dining area tidy and organized, supporting the overall flow of service
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and serving team to ensure top-tier service
