Job Duties
- We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food Runner and Hosts to join our dynamic restaurant team
- This role is vital in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent guest services, managing table assignments, and supporting the kitchen staff with timely food delivery
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take and relay food orders accurately to the kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Assist servers in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide information about menu items or restaurant policies
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hospitality standards at all times
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage phone etiquette for reservations, inquiries, or takeout orders when needed
