Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Must be able to handle coffee, tea, espresso, soda machines, and refrigeration units
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Appear clean, polished, and presentable when interfacing with guests
- Maintain proper attire and service standards throughout guest experience
- Supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation
- Serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages including refills
- Clear extra place settings at the table
- Assist wait staff when necessary
- Complete all closing side work properly
- Reset all dirty tables within three minutes of guest departure
- Deliver all room service orders according to minimum standard requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
