Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, energetic environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food and alcohol service certifications required or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards before delivery
- Communicate with culinary team regarding order readiness and special requests
- Support timing and pacing of courses during service
- Assist servers and server assistants during service periods
- Respond quickly to table needs and service requests
- Clear and reset tables as needed to support service flow
- Maintain awareness of dining room activity and guest pacing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas
- Assist with restocking service stations and supplies
- Support opening and closing side work duties
- Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, service, and support teams
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Demonstrate urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Accept coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Adhere to company policies and brand standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by restaurant leadership
